An injury of any degree that has no explanation. Ninja-induced injury.

Example:

Bob: "Hey, that's a nasty looking bruise. How did it happen?"
Susan: *looks down at arm* "Whoa! I have no idea how I got that!"
Bob: "Must be a ninjury."
